Reliv International Raises Dividend

CHESTERFIELD, MO, May 5, 2011 -- Reliv International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RELV), a maker of nutritional supplements that support optimal health, today announced that the board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.03 per share to all holders of record as of May 16, 2011, to be paid on or about May 26, 2011.

The dividend represents an increase of $0.01 per share over the dividend announced in May 2010.

Robert L. Montgomery, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Reliv, said, “This dividend payment will constitute the 15th consecutive semi-annual dividend payment made by Reliv.”
