Stephen M. Merrick, Senior Vice President of International Development and General Counsel, has been a director of the company since 1989. Steve is responsible for spearheading the company's expansion into international markets. He received his law degree from Northwestern University and is also a principal of the law firm Merrick & Klimek, P.C. of Chicago.
