Wai Sum and Chris of Singapore used to be skeptical about engaging in any direct-selling business, but their perspective totally changed when they attended the Relìv Leadership Conference in October 2004.
“Getting into a networking business had not crossed our minds, but those wonderful stories that we heard at the Conference had inspired us so much that we signed up as Master Affiliates even before trying the products!” recalls Wai Sum.
The impact of attending the Conference was so huge for Wai Sum and Chris that they began doing the business, focused on the Relìv Success System and slowly but surely started sponsoring and building their organization.
“Years of hard work and constantly plugging into the System have provided us with so many exciting benefits. Our hefty monthly income has ranged from S$1,000 to S$6,000. Our total income in the last five years has already reached S$100,000 (USD69,000). What’s more, we have enjoyed many fabulous Relìv trips including to China, Philippines, India and USA,” shares Wai Sum.
When asked what has kept this couple right on their business target month after month, they proudly revealed that it has always been about perseverance and patience.
“As we build our network of business-builders we encounter challenges and rejections along the way, but we don’t get discouraged. We know that these obstacles are merely a reminder that we have to work doubly hard in sharing the Relìv opportunities,” shares Wai Sum. She adds, “If someone says no to us, we simply go back to our list, call the next person to share or invite him to the next Relìv events. We just keep the networking ball rolling!”
