CHESTERFIELD, Mo., June 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reliv International, Inc.'s (NasdaqGS:RELV) top executives this month will hold special events in six cities highlighting Reliv's business opportunity, which offers a way for individuals to earn additional income -- a welcome message in today's economic environment.
Reliv Chairman, President and CEO Robert L. Montgomery will lead some of the special events, as will Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Carl Hastings.
These events form the first leg of Reliv's Financial Freedom Tour, which runs from June 23-25. It will go through six cities: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Bozeman, Mont., Wichita, Kan., and Pleasanton, Calif.
"With more than 5.7 million people having lost their jobs since December 2007, finding new positions is extremely difficult. Reliv can provide many of these people a chance to create their own job,'' Montgomery said.
"Reliv's business opportunity can be worked part-time or full-time, depending on each person's preference,'' he added. "While Reliv distributors are improving their financial health, they also can support their physical health by consuming the company's superb nutritional supplements,'' Montgomery said.
Montgomery will lead tour visits in Pleasanton on June 23 and Bozeman on June 24. Hastings is scheduled to hold meetings in Boston and Atlanta on June 24 and 25, respectively.
Reliv's Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Ryan Montgomery, will lead meetings in Chicago on June 24 and Wichita on June 25.
The meetings are free and open to everyone who wants to learn more about earning extra income. The second leg of the Financial Freedom Tour will be held in July, and Reliv expects to announce the cities for the second leg shortly.
