Experience had shown Ken Lare, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, that Reliv products worked, so when he heard about Slimplicity, he needed no convincing.

“I was going to do whatever it took to lose weight,” says Ken, who was looking for a diet that wouldn’t leave him feeling hungry. “I just ate too much,” admits Ken, a 44-year-old computer network support technician. “I’d always been able to control my weight somewhat with running, but as I got heavier, I could no longer do that.
